October’s Charity Partner – Headspace

We’re excited to have Headspace Geelong as our Charity Partner this October.

Headspace supports young people, from 12-25, who are going through a tough time. Assisting young people in four key areas; Physical Health (incl. sexual health), Mental Health, Alcohol, Drugs, as well as Work, and Study Support.

Headspace Geelong is located at 105 Yarra Street, Geelong and can be contacted via telephone at 5222 6690 or email at headspace.geelong@stride.com.au. headspace Geelong is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – to Friday, with extended hours on Thursdays until 7:00 p.m.

Headspace Corio is located at 6/ 10-16 Station Street, Norlane, Victoria 3214. You can contact them via phone at 5202 8290 or via email at headspace.corio@stride.com.au. headspace Corio is open Tuesday – Thursday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

You don’t need a mental health care plan or GP referral and can use the self-referral form on their website at https://stride.com.au/headspace-self-referral-form/.

Should you wish you can call them if you prefer to complete your referral over the phone or walk into one of their centres.

General Practitioners, Nurses, Mental health clinicians and Vocational Specialists as well as group programs are available at both Geelong and Corio locations ready to help.
